Personnel Selection - Client Process

  • Meeting with the client: We perform a careful analysis of the client's needs, through an in-depth study of the desired position and the basic and functional competences it involves. We also analyze the company's organizational structure, history and strategic goals.

  • Implementation of a selection strategy: For each different project we pinpoint the most effective strategy, depending on the profile the company is looking for, and on the company's organizational structure. Through our network, our database and a direct search, we identify the companies and candidates that most closely fit the desired profile.

  • Meeting the candidate: Our highly qualified team carries out a long and exhaustive meeting, which enables them to analyze the candidate's personal and professional qualities. If needed, advanced psychometric tools are employed.

  • Presentation of the candidates: We provide our client with a profile of the candidate, which includes the candidate's past experience together with the reasons the led to every professional change, the candidate's current motivation and an analysis of his family situation, in relation to future opportunities. We also provide the client with the results that emerged from the candidate's psychometric tests. These tests are performed by licensed professionals, expert in the field of psychology.

  • Job offer to the candidate: We support the client in the formulation of the job offering and, if needed, in the negotiation with the candidate.

  • Follow up: we support the client in the introduction of the new profile into the organization, in order to enable a successful integration in the new professional environment.
