Personnel Selection - Cantidate Process

  • First contact: Through a team of experts in the direct search of highly qualified professionals, we identify the companies in which we can find the profiles we need. We also employ a wide and stratified network that, thanks to past search projects, allows us to find highly professionalized profiles.

  • Phone contact: The potential candidate is provided with information on the relevant profile and company; we gain a preliminary knowledge of the potential candidate's role and motivation in order to understand whether to proceed to a face-to-face meeting.

  • Meeting the candidate: Our team performs a long and structured interview of the candidate, in order to evaluate the candidate's personal and professional characteristics. If needed, advanced psychometric tools are employed.

  • Meeting between candidate and client: we now introduce the candidate to the client company and we follow the candidate through the meetings at the different levels of the organization.

  • Job offer to the candidate: we support the client in drafting a job offer that can meet the candidate's expectations, using the information we attained in the previous steps.

  • Follow up: The candidate's introduction in the company is monitored in order to guarantee a successful integration within its organization.
